Matteo Maniscalco is a chef turned educator. Having lived in diverse locations including New York City, Los Angeles, Japan, and Germany, his experiences have shaped his unique perspectives on culture, cuisine, and the macabre. A graduate of the prestigious Culinary Institute of America, Matteo spent years working in a variety of restaurants before transitioning into education and coaching. He lives in midcoast Maine.
